Do you deliver outside Australia?
No. We do not deliver outside Australia.
How long does it take to get the shoes in my store once I place an order for your readily available stock?
We deliver current available stock from our warehouse in Queensland upon full payment of the order. Typically lead time is about 10 days when payment is done promptly.
Can I order for next year?
We take pre-orders for the new summer collection for delivery September during the preceding February.
Why does it take so long to receive the pre-orders?
Pre-orders are sent to the manufacturer in Spain by end of March. Our orders are placed in a production schedule. Typically our orders are produced in June for delivery ex works during the same month. It takes then a minimum of 55 days by sea for the products from Spain to reach Australia.
Why do I have to pay for a deposit for pre-orders?
We ask for a deposit as sign of commitment of the trade customer and because we are paying the manufacturer well in advance of delivery. We are not able to finance entirely the bulk of the orders and this would be too risky should the trade customer change its mind.
What about the quality of the products?
Our products are manufactured by expert shoemakers in Spain. They are reputable companies that have been operating in the market for many decades. They sell their shoes worldwide and follow strict quality assurance procedures. We also have an outgoing visual inspection of the products before delivering them to out trade partners. Nevertheless 100% perfection does not exist. If you find that one of our products is faulty we are happy to issue a credit note or give you a replacement or your money back.
